Rouge Tomate Brussels is located in a townhouse dating from 1883 located on the prestigious Avenue Louise. From its inception in 2001, Emmanuel Verstraeten created a contemporary space that seamlessly blends with the historic setting of the building. A team of the finest craftsman lovingly restored the original character of this residence.
The library features handcrafted woodwork and offers a glimpse onto the bustling avenue. Adjacent to the library, the bar room flows into one of the most beautiful gardens in Brussels. Shaded by hundred year-old beech trees, al fresco dining is available on the garden terrace.
The Brussels restaurant is, above all, a space dedicated to well-being, which is reflected in the fundamental design of Rouge Tomate and its timeless character.
